Charlottesville, Virginia The Virginia Coalition of Police and Deputy Sheriffs held its Fall Conference at the Doubletree Hotel in Charlottesville, Virginia on October 11th and 12th, 2001. The event was well attended by VCOPS locals in Virginia. The photos below show attendees listening to General Counsel Mike Leibig and International Vice President Dennis Slocomb discussing the issue of police profiling and its effect upon policing in Virginia and the US.
