The 1998 Fall Conference was held in beautiful
Williamsburg at the Cascades Conference Center. Participating local leaders learned
about the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) and VCOPS's plans for FLSA enforcement in the
coming year. The conference also dealt with a police officer's "Right to
Sue", and the American's with Disabilities Act.
