Chip Condon has been a long time
advocate of VCOPS. He has been a leader at the General Assembly and in his
home of Virginia Beach. A veteran police officer with over 30 years of
experience he has helped guide his fellow officers, his department and his local
union into a new era of police labor relations. In July of 2005 Chip was
appointed by Governor Mark Warner to sit on the Criminal Justice Services
Board for a four year term. |
